The Bill Hudgins and Wilda Dodson “Parade of Lights” across the Mackinac Bridge is always a favorite at the Richard Crane Memorial Truck Show, which begins Sept. 16 and runs through Sept. 18. Besides battling breast cancer, this year’s Ontario East Convoy for a Cure event will be raising money to fight three other types of “killer cancers.” This is the fourth year for Rachèle Champagne’s convoy, which is set to roll on Saturday, Oct. 1.
Alberta, Canada’s third Convoy for a Cure will roll Oct. 1 from the Roadking Travel Center in Sherwood Park. Truckers are convoying to raise money for the Canadian Breast Cancer Foundation. For more information, visit albertaconvoyforacure.ca.
Sept. 30-Oct.2 is the date for the Bobby Lindamood Memorial Truck Show in Ft. Worth, TX.
