Missing Wisconsin driver found dead

A Wisconsin truck driver who had apparently gone missing last week was found late Friday night.

Donald F. Badora, 66, died in his truck cab last week. Authorities do not believe his death was suspicious.

Badora drove for Heim Trucking Co. of Denmark, WI, operated by OOIDA Members Dean Heim and Mike Heim. The company was worried because it had lost contact with Badora after Monday, Aug. 22, when he checked in while heading eastbound on Interstate 90 near Spokane, WA.

Police had located a picture of Badora’s truck being driven through a port of entry in Montana, and police departments in Idaho and Montana issued attempt to locate orders late last week.

On Friday, his truck was found in Livingston, MT.

“It just appears that he passed away in his sleep,” Dean Heim said.
