| Friday, September 25, 2009

Land Line Senior Editor Jami Jones and OOIDA’s Spirit of the American Trucker drivers Howard and Pam Hart are in Sioux Falls, SD, this weekend. They’ll join OOIDA Member Marty Ellis and more truckers as they roll out with the World’s Largest Truck Convoy.

The World’s Largest Truck Convoy to benefit Special Olympics raised more than $643,000 last year with 1,700 truckers participating. Three convoys rolled Sept. 12 in Manitoba, Kansas and Utah, and a fourth convoy set out Sept. 19 in Ontario.

On Saturday, Sept. 26, at least a dozen more events will convoy for the cause.
