A federal agency that oversees major shipping ports as related to the flow of interstate commerce appears to be finished investigating two major West Coast ports.
The Federal Maritime Commission filed a motion Wednesday to dismiss its 11-month investigation into Clean Trucks Programs at the Ports of Los Angeles and Long Beach. The FMC had requested an injunction, though its request became moot when the courts granted a request by the ATA for an injunction to certain portions of the port’s Clean Trucks Programs.
