U.S. Marshals seek trucker in suspected rape

The United States Marshals Service is asking for help from the public in locating a long-haul trucker who is wanted for rape of a minor female.

Marshals are seeking the whereabouts of Robert Ellsworth Williams, 50, a white male with a couple of known aliases, Bill Luciano and Terry L. Mayer, and a possible nickname of “Sparky.”

According to the Marshals Service, Williams failed to appear in court in Missoula, MT, on the rape charge. He was declared a fugitive and placed on the list of wanted individuals by the U.S. Marshals Service and the Missoula County Sheriff.

Williams was born in Idaho. He works as an over-the-road trucker and mechanic. During the past 10 years, Williams has spent time in California, Tennessee, Montana, South Dakota and Wyoming.

Williams is 5 feet 11 inches tall, 190 pounds, with blue eyes, gray or partially gray hair and a medium skin tone. He has a scar on his forehead, a tattoo on his left forearm and a tattoo on his left hand.
