Wisconsin slaps $1 million lien on trucking company

The state of Wisconsin has filed in court for a $1 million lien on the now defunct trucking company TRAC, located in Menomonie.

The Dunn County News reported TRAC suddenly closed its doors in September with little or no notice to its 200 employees. Some final paychecks bounced, and some employees told local media that they now have no access to their IRAs.

The lien seeks to assure that all employees receive what they’re due financially, including wages, surcharges and expenses.
