A national music video contest for amateurs that started with 64 competitors is now down to eight – and one of them is OOIDA member Toby Bradley of Yakima, WA.
The contest is being conducted by Country Music Television and the field is cut in half each week based on how many online votes each performer receives.
Bradley talked to “Land Line Now” on Wednesday, Nov. 21, about making the most recent cut and what the next steps could be for him if he wins.
“Two more cuts left – next week down to four – if you win the whole thing you get to go to Nashville and record some stuff on CMT and sit down with a record label and audition for them. You could get a record deal out of it,” Bradley said.
