The price of crude oil reached another all-time record high Tuesday, Nov. 6, trading at more than $97 before sinking slightly below that.

Meanwhile, the U.S. Energy Department reports that diesel prices went up by 14 cents per gallon during the past week to a national average of $3.30 a gallon.

Today’s 200-gallon fill-up costs $220 more than it did in the spring of 2005.
