| Tuesday, June 19, 2007

If you’re a fan of the History Channel’s new series on Canada’s famed “ice road truckers,” you’re in luck – the cable network has announced its rerun schedule, for at least the first episode.

To find the schedule for this week’s re-airing of the first episode and other information about the series, visit the History Channel’s Web site here. The first episode is scheduled to rebroadcast at:

  • 10 p.m. Eastern Time, Tuesday, June 19
  • 2 a.m. Eastern Time, Wednesday June 20
  • 11 p.m. Eastern Time, Friday, June 22
  • 3 a.m. Eastern Time, Saturday, June 23

The series, which premiered Sunday, June 17, chronicles two months of the ice truckers’ lives, showing how they haul freight across frozen Canadian lakes that usually bear their trucks’ weight – but sometimes don’t.

The rigs haul supplies to the Northwest Territories’ diamond mines, which are located in roadless, nearly impassable terrain near the Arctic Circle.

Original episodes will continue to run on Sunday nights at 10 p.m. EDT through the remainder of the 10-week series’ run.
