Sen. David Haley, D-Kansas City, has proposed a bill that,
if passed, would give the Kansas Turnpike Authority the right to enforce
That means the faster you drive, the higher your toll will
The speed would be determined by looking at the time a vehicle
entered and exited the turnpike. The amount of the tolls would be determined by
the Turnpike Authority.
