The American Trucking Association says driver turnover among the biggest truckload carriers jumped to 121 percent in the third quarter.

That’s up from 110 percent in the second quarter.

According to the ATA report, the driver turnover rate also increased among smaller truckload carriers, exceeding 100 percent for the first time in a decade.

By contrast, less-than-truckload turnover was 14 percent.
