A 40-year-old Wisconsin man was charged with murder Tuesday for allegedly killing a truck driver in a case of mistaken identity.

According to The Associated Press, Michael Haydon is accused of shooting Pat Zemke multiple times on Nov. 18, 2003, on an Interstate 39 ramp near Mosinee, WI.

Prosecutors say Haydon had allegedly tapped his ex-girlfriend's telephone and thought she was having an affair with Zemke. But, as it turned out, one of Zemke's coworkers - who looks a lot like Zemke - had reportedly been dating the woman.
