| 10/5/2006

A grand jury is in session in Boston this week to decide if there are grounds for criminal charges in connection with a Big Dig tunnel ceiling collapse that killed a woman in July.

The Boston Globe reported that the grand jury has the power to force people to testify who have, so far, been unwilling to talk. The Massachusetts attorney general impaneled the special grand jury Tuesday, Oct. 3.
