A trucker in Atlanta is being credited with helping save a man’s life.

According to local television station WSB-TV, Carlos Price was the first to come upon the scene of an overturned and burning SUV with the driver still inside.

Price told reporters he tried to put the fire out with the extinguisher he carries on his truck, but couldn’t.

So, he broke out the rear window and – with the help of others who’d arrived – pulled the man out.

The passenger of the SUV survived, but his condition is unknown, WSB-TV reported.
