The Teamsters have won a battle to organize truck drivers who work for a Texas company.

According to The Arizona Daily Star, federal regulators have ordered California Gas Transport, a company based in El Paso, TX, to recognize and bargain with the union.

The National Labor Relations Board cited the company for “pervasive unfair labor practices,” including “interrogating” and threatening employees who showed an interest in the union, the Daily Star reported.

California Gas Transport ships propane to Mexico from distribution sites in Texas, Arizona and California. According to newspaper reports, it has 20 drivers in Nogales, AZ, 15 in El Paso and some in San Diego.
