Orange County, CA, officials are looking for ways to ease
the traffic congestion on the Interstate 5.
One solution would be to extend Highway 241 by 16 miles from
the Oso Parkway to I-5 at Basilone Road. The problem some people have with that

Environmental groups and the state attorney general are said
to be preparing lawsuits to stop the proposal, according to the Los Angeles
