Company expands biodiesel sales in Virginia, Pennsylvania

Able Energy Inc., an energy supply company based in Rockaway, NJ, is now offering biodiesel through the chain of All American Plaza truck stops in Doswell, VA, and Bethel and Harrisburg, PA.

According to a news release, the offering is part of a deal between Able and TransMontaigne Inc., a fuel logistics company based in Denver, CO.

Gregory Frost, chief executive officer of Able, said in a statement that Able plans to expand its overall use of biodiesel, even in its home heating applications.

Frost said TransMontaigne uses a B20 biodiesel blend that is certified through the BQ9000 program developed by the National Biodiesel Board.
