Cow, hamburger trucks collide in Canada

| Friday, February 10, 2006

Talk about mad cows.

The cattle aboard a semitrailer driving along the Trans Canada Highway were probably not too happy when the rig in collided with another truck loaded with hamburger.

The wreck was Tuesday, Feb. 7, near Brandon, Manitoba. The Brandon Sun reported that neither driver was seriously injured, but several of the cattle died on impact and others had to be put down.

Many of the cattle wandered free along the side of the road and refused to get back in another trailer that was brought to the scene.
