An OOIDA member will be the first person to
have his truck made over on a new reality television show.
According to the Web site for the Country
Music Television network, OOIDA Life Member Jeff Crane of Gardiner, ME, will
have his truck, “Icebreaker,” featured in the debut episode of “Trick My
Truck.” The show will air Friday, Feb. 3, at 8 p.m. EST.
“Trick My Truck” is a new reality series that
highlights the work of the Chrome Shop Mafia in Joplin, MO, as they give
breathtaking facelifts to the trucks of eight owner-operators.
In addition to Crane, one other OOIDA member – Darlene Swift of Taylor Ridge, IL – will have her truck modified on the show.
However, the airdate for Swift’s episode has not yet been announced.
