Detroit rapper Eminem is facing yet another lawsuit for a crash involving his tour bus and a tractor-trailer in rural Missouri in July.

Michigan truck driver and OOIDA member Breck Wyngarden and his wife, Ascension “Tina” Wyngarden, are seeking unspecified damages from Eminem – aka Marshall Mathers – along with his tour bus driver and the tour bus company, Entertainment Coaches of America.

According to media reports, the tour bus was traveling toward Denver for a concert when it swerved to avoid a wreck on the roadway, and sideswiped Wyngarden’s truck. The Wyngarden couple allegedly suffered neck, back and rib injuries from the accident, The Associated Press reported.

Seven members of Eminem’s entourage were also hospitalized following the accident. The rap star was not on the bus at the time of the accident.
