Land Line wins ASBPE awards

Land Line Associate Editor Mark Reddig won a silver award from the American Society of Business Publication Editors in the national category of staff-written column for publications with 80,000 circulation and over.

The 27th national editorial excellence awards were presented June 21 at Cleveland’s Rock and Roll Hall of Fame and Museum.

Reddig’s winning editorial was “America Needs to Get Its Priorities Straight in the Classroom.”

Land Line’s contributing columnist, Bill Hudgins, won a regional bronze award for his “Downshift” column entitled “Until the new wears off.”

Both columns were published in 2004.
