A Tennessee man is in custody after a trucker was shot and killed in what police describe as a road rage incident, WATE-TV reported Feb. 12.

Many details of the incident – including the identity of the trucker – were not immediately available. But sheriff's officials did say they think Patrick Allen Marsh, 46, of Tazewell, TN, shot and killed the truckdriver after an argument. The two apparently had traveled in eastern Tennessee from Knoxville northeast to Morristown along the I-81/I-40 corridor. The shooting took place near I-81 in the Morristown area Feb. 11.

Marsh was charged with voluntary manslaughter. He was in the Hamblen County jail on a $50,000 bond.
