price of fuel per gallon this week is $1.304, up slightly from
last week's price of $1.303. In most regions, prices held steady
or increased, except in the Midwest, where the price fell to $1.288
from last week's price of $1.291 per gallon.
In California, the price
this week is $1.428, compared to $1.423; and on the West Coast,
the price increased to $1.387 from $1.376.
Meanwhile, the price in the
Rocky Mountain region remained the same at $1.332; in the Gulf Coast
states, the price is $1.272 and was $1.269; in the Lower Atlantic
region, the price remained steady at $1.259; in the Central Atlantic,
the price is $1.399 and was $1.398; in New England the price this
week is $1.406, up from $1.396; and East Coast prices are $1.307
this week compared to $1.306 last week.
