Heads up, truckers. Authorities have put out a call to the public for help in finding a man believed to have kidnapped and killed a young girl earlier this week near Los Angeles.

Five-year-old Samantha Runnion's killer posed her nude body in a mountainous ravine as a "calling card," according to investigators who described the assailant as a sexual predator who could strike again soon.

The girl was grabbed from outside her Stanton condominium in northern Orange County on Monday evening. Her body was found late Tuesday in plain view near Lake Elsinore. She apparently had been sexually assaulted and eventually asphyxiated.

Investigators urged the public to be on the lookout for anyone who matches a broad set of characteristics, including excessive drinking, unusual moodiness or suffering bruises or scratches.

The kidnapper was described as an "American Hispanic" male with slicked-back hair and a thin mustache between 25 and 40 years old, wearing a blue shirt and driving a light green Honda or Acura sedan.
