The Utah transportation department is advising drivers to expect 10-mile back ups and up to one-hour delays on I-15 near Ogden during freeway reconstruction. UDOT encourages travelers to avoid the area if possible.

Road crews are scheduled to make safety enhancements, shoulder reconstruction and bridge repair along the freeway. Traffic is restricted to one lane in each direction from 31st Street in Ogden to 450 N in Marriott-Slaterville. Lane restrictions are in effect around the clock daily through September.

Northbound drivers are advised to take exit 326 at Farmington to US-89 through Ogden, then back to northbound I-15 at exit 352 in Farr West. Southbound drivers are advised to take US-89 through Ogden back to southbound I-15 at U.S. 89 merge in Farmington.
