trucking company has pleaded guilty to 25 counts of keeping
false logbook records and was fined $12,500, according to a
published report. The company employs about 70 owner-operators
and company drivers.
Transportation and Bisson Moving and Storage, of West Bath,
agreed to pay the fines under a settlement reached with the
Sagadahoc County District Attorney's office.

other paper records that would verify logbook entries were missing.
