rest stops, according to the Massachusetts Motor Truck Association.

turnpike rest stops. Amorello and residents discussed overflow
parking on ramps to and from the facilities, and idling times
exceeding the allowed five minutes.

been ordered to step up enforcement in these areas by May 1.
Truckers could be fined from $100 to $500 per offense.
