Three-time NASCAR Winston Cup champion Darrell Waltrip plans to come out of retirement for a truck race April 13 at Martinsville, VA. Waltrip's truck will carry his familiar No. 17.

Waltrip, currently an analyst for FOX, will be reunited with former crew chief and current broadcast partner Jeff Hammond for the Advance Auto Parts 250 on the half-mile oval at Martinsville. "This is going to be fun," Waltrip said.

Waltrip earned 11 of his 84 career Winston Cup victories at the track. Only Richard Petty, who had 15, is ahead of Waltrip on the track's victory list.
