TANDEM THOUGHTS: U.S. Xpress in the vanguard on robo-recruiting

U.S. Xpress has been sued over robocalls. Seems the big carrier’s recruiting program dialed a potential driver four times late last year, so the driver sued, claiming the calls were frustrating, obnoxious, and annoying, not to mention a violation of the Telephone Consumer Protection Act of 1991.
