U.S. senators who were reluctant to push forward on a multiyear highway bill because of funding concerns say they are now committed to passing a long-term bill.

Truck owners in several states have opportunities to get free money for emissions upgrades. The latest round of federal diesel grant funding through DERA is making its way to state, regional and nonprofit agencies for dispersal to truck owners, including recent announcements for truck owners in Wisconsin and Missouri.

The Federal Motor Carrier Safety Administration is holding a fifth listening session on the hours-of-service regulations Friday, March 26, at the Mid-America Trucking Show in Louisville, KY.
